Legacy TCI Level 1&2
I started cheerleading at 7 years old, when Adele McCarthy came to coach in our school, Sacred Heart Primary. Later I was introduced to Sheffield Wednesday Cheerleading team, again with Adele. Adele also offered me an audition for a South Yorkshire Elite team, to my amazement I got accepted. At South Yorkshire Elite we were taught many kinds of different dance styles. I then went on to compete at Manchester Veldrome, (UKCA) for Owls cheerleaders and South Yorkshire Elite (jazz). At just 8 years old. I then joined abbey flyers trampolining team until I was 15. As a teenager, I cheered for Wild spirit Allstars level 4 team competing across the UK.
Whilst I was at college doing my Level 3 extended sports diploma I was introduced to Active1coaching where I begin coaching cheer/dance in schools. I became very luckily working alongside schools teaching Physical Education classes and recreational classes. This is where I found my love for coaching! I've been coaching in schools for 3 years now and recently joined Balborough bears in Chesterfield with my old coach Adele McCarthy where I completed my Legacy level 1&2 coaches credentials course.
