Our Gym programme is a friendly recreational programme and we are proud to be developing the sport in the district of Bolsover from grass roots to elite level. Our club is based in our own gym with fully sprung floor, and a range of equipment. We strive to be an inclusive club. We work closely with the local School Partnerships to ensure quality gymnastic delivery in Schools and promote this partnership working throughout our club. We are keen to promote ‘Gymnastics for all’ and our recreational Gymnasts are as important to us as our Elite Gymnasts. We are very excited to have recently been awarded a Sport England grant to enable us to buy more equipment for the programme. We all work very closely with the Sports Development Team at Bolsover District Council and British Gymnastics to ensure the quality development of the sport within our district. All of our coaches are trained to a high standard and we believe in continual professional development, supporting our coaches to stay up to speed with all of the latest training techniques and sports information.
Our programmes do get busy so be sure to check in with us if you would like to register your child in Recreational Gymnastics. Fees start from £16 per month for 30 min classes. There is a membership fee of £25 payable to club to cover insurances, licences, coach education and a club t-shirt. The club believes in recognising achievements and works towards Our own specially designed Club Core Proficiency Badges and we also do an annual team showcase.
